Our mission is to deliver fresh, high-quality products at reasonable prices. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, we do accept returns under certain conditions outlined below.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Order Dispatch & Delivery Time:
  Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day and delivered by the next day before 2:30 PM.

• Payment Method:
  We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected by the delivery person (courier company).
  Note: Once your parcel is dispatched, the payment method cannot be changed.

• Free Delivery Conditions:

  • Orders over ¥10000 qualify for free delivery within 10km of our store.

  • Weight limit: Up to 20kg.

  • Frozen items are included, but must be ordered separately from dry items.

• Delivery Zones with Extra Charges:
  Additional ¥1250 shipping charges apply for deliveries to:

  • Okinawa

  • Hokkaido

  • Osaka

  • Other remote islands in Japan

Returns & Replacements

• If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or not up to the mark, please contact us immediately.

• Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Some perishable items like frozen goods may not be eligible for return.
