USE: Rub gently into skin after a bath or shower, as part of a relaxing massage and skin moisturizer, pour into bath for anti-aging conditioners, or use as a carrier oil to add pure essential oils. • As an aromatic therapy for body, massage or bath oil: Mix 1 TBSP (15ml) PURE BODY OIL with 8 to 22 drops (1%-3% dilution) of essential oils. Or add 50 to 180 drops (1%-3% dilution) to 4 oz unscented PURE BODY OIL bottle and shake. Pour 1-2 TBSP into bath. • As a perfume: Spray 3 to 5 squirts of PURE BODY OIL into palm, add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil. Rub into pulse points. • As a facial oil cleanse: Place a hot damp washcloth on the face and décolleté area for 20 seconds. Remove washcloth. Massage into skin 10 squirts of PURE BODY OIL. Let the oil sit for 30 seconds and use a hot washcloth to gently wipe the oil away.
