Shut the Gate Tempranillo

Night harvested from the Bold Vineyard in Wrattonbully situated in the SE South Australia's Limestone Coast region. A cool climate region that allows reds like Tempranillo plenty of ripening time to develop complex flavours and fine tannin. This is our first attempt at a lighter fresher style of Tempranillo ideal for summer drinking. Try this with classic Spanish tapas or charcoal grilled chorizo on crunchy fresh bread. Yum!
